    * In order to encourage young molecular modellers at the beginning
of their careers, the MGMS would like to extend an invitation to any
PhD students who wish to present their work on any aspect of
computational chemistry or computational biology at this year's Young
Modeller's Forum. Travel expenses will be provided for oral and poster
presenters, but will be capped this year at 60 GB Pounds.

    * Regular members of the MGMS are strongly encouraged to attend
this event. It is your opportunity to see these talented young
modellers and to assist us in the evaluation of the prizes. There is
also the chance to discuss the talks afterwards in the pub.

    * Fun feature at the end of the day - "Compound Countdown"

    * There will be up to twelve oral presentations and twelve posters
during the day, so there will be plenty to see and hear! Prizes will be
awarded to the best presentations. Also see details of past winners.

  * For a guide to presentation skills, there is a Powerpoint
presentation to download.

Registering to give an Oral or Poster Presentation at this years' Forum

Abstracts and Deadline: Students interested in giving oral or
poster presentations should indicate their preference in the
appropriate section of the registration form. After you have
registered, we will send you instructions on what to include in the
abstract. Deadline for abstract submissions is Friday 5th October 2007.
We will endeavour to give you the preference you indicated but due to
the small number of oral/poster slots available, we are not able to
guarantee this.
