Subject: 16.11.20 42nd Congress of Theoretical Chemists of Latin Expression, Montevideo, Uruguay
We are glad to announce the 42nd Congress of Theoretical Chemists of
Latin Expression that will take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, from the
20th to the 25th of November 2016.

QUITEL 2016, the Congress of Theoretical Chemists of Latin Expression,
a series of conferences in Europe, America and Africa started in 1968,
aims to promote and make accessible the development of new theories and
techniques in the field of Theoretical and Computational Chemistry. It
intends to encourage the development of new strategies of work and
collaboration as well as to promote education and further training of
researchers and students. The purpose of QUITEL 2016 is to present new
theories, models, methods, applications and results in Theoretical and
Computational Chemistry to the scientific community of Latin expression,
and hopefully extend this discussion to the rest of the international
scientific community. We hope that the exchange of ideas, strategies and
techniques will further encourage national and international
collaboration beyond the scope of this scientific meeting.

Official languages of the conference are English, French, Italian,
Portuguese and Spanish.
