Two postdoctoral positions are available in the research group of Jan 
Jensen at the Department of Chemistry, University of Copenhagen.  The 
research is in the area of structural bioinformatics and will involve a 
significant amount of code development as well as systematic studies of 
protein structure/function relationships. The project will involve 
development of our popular PROPKA program (http://propka.ki.ku.dk) for 
protein pKa prediction, and will be done in collaboration with researchers
in France and the US. 

Experience in any one of these areas is less important than a demonstrated
ability to do first-rate scientific research as evidenced by a strong 
publication record and letters of recommendation.  This is thus an 
excellent opportunity for talented researchers to try something new.  
Some experience in computer programming is required.

The positions are available immediately, but start date is flexible.
