application support.  The ideal candidates will support hit-to-lead and 
lead optimization drug discovery research, and they will apply a wide 
variety of computational chemistry techniques to guide drug discovery 
projects.  As members of the discovery teams, the ideal candidates will 
proactively seek ways to apply their skill set to enable the team to 
achieve its goals. 

The ideal candidates will have a PhD and 2-10 years of industry 
experience supporting medicinal chemists, conducting structure-based 
drug design and homology modeling, and developing SAR (adme experience 
is a plus.)  Because the individuals will be proactively supporting 
medicinal chemistry teams, they must demonstrate excellent communication 
and collaborative skills.
