Development is on Linux and Windows. Current software development involves C++, C, Qt, and OpenGL. Requirements: - Strong proven experience in graphical user interface design and development, C++, and object-oriented software design - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work and communicate effectively in a distributed work environment Strongly Preferred: - Commercial software development experience - Advanced knowledge of bioinformatics or computational chemistry methods (advanced degree in computational chemistry or equivalent) - BS/MS in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience - Development experience with Qt is strongly preferred - Strong interest in scientific GUI development Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), flexible spending account, 3+ weeks vacation, tuition reimbursement, and a flexible work schedule.
