Applications are invited for one or more postdoctoral positions in the Huang lab at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. (http://huanglab.phys.hust.edu.cn) to conduct research in computational biophysics/chemistry and bioinformatics via molecular docking and modelling algorithms. Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. in biophysics, physical chemistry, computational chemistry or closely related disciplines and have previous experience with molecular docking or modeling of biological systems, in computer-aided drug design and in code development. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: 1) Protein-protein/ligand docking 2) Protein-protein/ligand interactions 3) Protein-RNA interactions, 4) Scoring functions, and 5) Computer- aided protein and drug design, 6) MD simulations. The salary is competitive and commensurates with qualifications and experience. Initial appointments will be for one-three years with the possibility of renewal up to six years.
