The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Auburn University
is looking for a postdoctoral fellow in theoretical and computational
chemistry in Dr. Evangelos Miliordos' research group. 
This is a 12 month non-tenure track faculty position.
The research projects will involve multi-reference calculations on
(I) water splitting and C-H activation reactions facilitated by small
transition metal complexes, and/or
(II) excited electronic states in solutions.
Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in chemistry, physics or other closely 
related field by the start of the appointment.  In addition all candidates
must possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
The selected candidate must be legally authorized to work in the 
United States at the time of appointment and continue working legally
for the term of employment.
