Subject: 17.12.05 Postdoctoral Research Position in Computational Chemistry
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in computational chemistry. A PhD in 
Computational Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline is required. 
The ideal candidate will have:

(1)	an extensive publication record 
(2)	demonstrated experience calculating transport properties from MD simulations or performing 
quantum chemical calculations to model chemical reactions, 
(3)	experience mentoring graduate and undergraduate students, and 
(4)	the ability to work independently. 

Preference will be given to candidates able to work as part of a multicultural team. This is a one-year 
position with the possibility of renewal for up to three years, dependent on mutual agreement and 
availability of funding. Collaborative opportunities with experimental and computational scientists at 
Argonne National Laboratory and universities in the Chicago area are available.
