Our team helps drive Schrodinger's wide range of computer-aided chemical discovery by providing models with unprecedented levels of accuracy. Our ideal candidate for this role is both a research scientist and a software developer, with experience building atomistic physics-based models and using them to find new insights. Required qualifications include: -Masters or Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry, Biophysics, or related fields -Unix/Linux and Python experience -Capable of writing clear, highly organized, and maintainable code -Peer-reviewed publications in relevant fields Desirable qualifications include: -Experience applying molecular simulation and QM methods in model validation -Experience modeling small molecules and proteins -C/C++ programming experience Pay and perks: Schrodinger understands that its people that make a company great.
