To become a QCPE member all we need is for you to send us your name and complete mailing address by whatever means is convenient.

QCPE membership rates are currently as shown below and are for a 12 month period.

North America - $20.00 annually
Europe - $30.00
Elsewhere - $35.00

Memberships can be paid by VISA or Mastercharge, check or wire-transfer. When paying by credit card please supply your credit card number and the expiration date shown on the front of your card along with your complete mailing address.
