Protein loops and simulated annealing

 Hi,
 Is there free software that does MonteCarlo+Simulated annealing to model
 protein loops?
 I tried to contact J.Garnier and V.Collura but didn't succeed to find
 their electronic addresses.
 I would really appreciate if someone could help me .
