Dear All, What is the command for UHBD to generate a ".phi" file (including the electrostatics potentials). I need this file in gOpenMol to plot the 3- D isopotential contour. Or do you know what kind of potential file UHBD can generate that gOpenMol can read. Thanks a lot!
