Hi,

The ChemDraw "clone" for linux that I've been using is XDrawChem. You 
can find it at http://xdrawchem.sourceforge.net . It's quite compatible 
with ChemDraw format, although there are files that I can't open or 
crash. The reason could be that the last version of XDrawChem doesn't 
have all the characteristics ChemDraw has.

Anyway, there ara other packages like ChemTool, but I haven't tried them.
