 Dear all,
 Some people have replied my questions on populations.
 Thank you very much, and I will collected them to give a summary after more
 discussion.
 I have another question. For plane-wave basis set, which population is more
 suitable? I have found works in which plane-wave are used and the populations by
 Lowdin or Mulliken methods are given.
