 For convenience, my free portable random number generator is now
 available from my web site at:

 (returns a real*8 following the uniform law over an interval)
 Method: congruential multiplicative additive (parametrized:
 you can change the data and have your own congruential multiplicative
 additive r.g., up to 64 bits).
 The comments are in french, but the meaning and the use of the
 routine are obvious.
