Thank you for yor help.
I am a newcomer for ORCA program and not familar with it. I follow your
description to reproduce the semiempirical calculation input. However it did not
work too. The new input file is as follows. Would you like to give a whole input
file as example for this work in semiempirical ZINDO_2 level? Comments and
suggestions from others are also welcomed and highly appreciated. Thanks very
much!
