 In fact, the FREE visualizer of Discovery Studio, the DSVisualizer, allows you
 to manually perceive and generate  a pharmacophore model! A hidden gem of the
 software. For more details on DSVisualizer capabilities, you can look at this

 And you can also download the free Visualizer here:

 All the subsequent work with pharmacophore can be done in Discovery Studio.
