NIH Funding Opportunity Announcement in Cheminformatics
http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-07-353.html

The National Institutes of Health (http://www.nih.gov) Roadmap Initiative ((http://nihroadmap.nih.gov) is soliciting 20-page preapplications for the establishment of Cheminformatics Research Centers (CRCs), a part of the NIH Molecular Libraries Program.
This program follows the Exploratory Centers for Cheminformatics Research initiated in FY2005 (http://grants1.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-RM-05-012.html), that currently funds six such centers under the NIH Roadmap Initiative.

Note that this pre-application will be used to identify the applicants who will be invited to respond to the CRC FOA with a full application. Review criteria for the pre-application
include scientific, software engineering, and training criteria along with relevance to overall NIH Molecular Libraries program priorities. Following the preapplication review, the NIH Roadmap Molecular Libraries Implementation Group (http://nihroadmap.nih.gov/molecularlibraries/members.asp) will invite applications for a full center application.

Only applicants who have submitted a pre-application will be allowed to compete for a full center.
