Hi Hatice

The reference to TD50 in CPDB can be of help for a rough preliminary
comparisonm, in terms of relative ranks. TD50 are measures of
carcinogenic toxicity, and not of general toxicity: however it
appears that they are often correlated to LD50. But -and this is
important- only in terms of ranks. The real LD50 values can be
different in numerical terms. If you go into the literature, there
are studies that correlate TD50 and LD50. For the chemicals
bioassayed by NTP, you may find useful toxicity measures in the
technical reports.
