[QSAR] herbicide or pesticide database

Biobyte has the CQSAR database compiled by the research scholars who  
worked with Coriwn Hansch.

A preliminary search indicates the presence of 123 data-sets on  
"plants', having on an average of 25-30 compounds. The various  
activity types include I50 (inhibition of growth), herbicidal activity  
(25 data-sets with an average of about 25-30 data-points), Inhibition  
of germination  etc.

A second search on "chloroplast ' indicates the presence of 74 data- 
sets, with an average of 20 data-points. Most of the activity  
associated are Inhibitory activity.

With each data-set there is a derived QSAR and SMILES, and other info  
like reference etc.
