Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite active scientists working on QSAR
and related topics to edit special issues for publication in
International Journal of Molecular Sciences (ISSN 1422-0067,
CODEN: IJMCFK, http://www.ijms.org).

International Journal of Molecular Sciences has a special relation with
QSAR, because many editorial board members are from QSAR
mailing list.

International Journal of Molecular Sciences has been running
very well, thanks to the contribution of an international editorial
board (including two Nobel Laureates).

Now we have published a a large volume (Vol. 3, 2002)
at the http://www.ijms.org/list02.htm website. Dr. Yevgeniy Podolyan,
our IJMS Webmaster and Production Editor, worked very hard and
overcame all the layout difficulties. We will continue to publish smoothly
monthly issues in the year of 2003.

Regarding publication costs, we publish IJMS for free for readers
and ask authors to pay a little fee ($100-200 per article if paid by
private authors, see http://www.mdpi.org/ijms/publguid.htm#pc).
Dr. Francis F. Muguet and I have been working very hard to apply for
grants so that authors can publish in IJMS also free of charge!
With the support from SOROS Fundation, authors from East European
countries does not need to donate any publication charges.
If you have any suggestion regarding grant application, please let me know
or write to Dr. Francis F. Muguet (e-mail: muguet_+_ensta.fr).

If you have any papers for publication, please submit to the Editor-in-Chief
Prof. Dr. Jerzy Leszczynski, Jackson State University, Jackson , MS 39217, USA.
Tel. (601)979-3482, Fax (601)979-7823, E-mail: jerzy---ccmsi.us.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
