We are sorry to take a bit of your valuable time, however, we think it
would be very important for you to be informed that we have extended both
the paper submission and the acceptance notification deadlines for CCCT
'04. Consequently, we are sending you once again the invitation to
participate in CCCT '04 and the respective Call for Papers, as follows.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 2nd. International Conference
on Computing, Communication and Control Technologies: CCCT '04, we are
pleased to invite you to participate in this event that will be held from
August 14-17, 2004 in Austin, Texas, USA (Silicon Hills), under the
auspices and with the sponsorship of the Center for Lifelong Engineering
Education of The University of Texas at Austin (http://www.utexas.edu).

We are extending this invitation to you to participate in the area of
Bioinformatics, or in any other area of your research interest included in
the areas of the conference. You can have complete details of CCCT '04 on
the Conference web-site at:

pleased to send you a detailed call for papers, if you ask us to do so.

You can participate submitting a paper or organizing an invited session.
Invited sessions organizers have the autonomy in promoting their sessions,
reviewing the papers collected by them, appointing the possible additional
reviewers for the session papers, accepting invited papers or talks (i.e.
non reviewed papers), chairing their respective session(s) and appointing
their co-organizer and/or co-chair.

Therefore, I would like you to consider the possibility of participating in
CCCT '04 presenting a paper in the area of your research interest, or
organizing an invited session.

If you are also interested in organizing an invited session, you can fill
the respective form provided in the conference web page at:

send you a password, so you can include and modify papers in your invited
session.

Hereby, I am sending you the respective Call for Papers. The best 10% of
the papers will be published in SCI Journal
(http://www.iiisci.org/Journal/SCI/Home.asp), the hard copy version of
which will be ready in about one month, and it will be sent to the largest
university libraries.

Key Dates

May 19th, 2004: Submission of extended abstracts (500-1500 words) or
paper drafts (2000-5000 words).

May 19th, 2004: Invited Session proposals.

June 09th, 2004: Notifications of Acceptance.

June 30th, 2004: Submission of final versions: hard copies and
electronic versions.

August 14th, 2004: Conference Starts

August 17th, 2004: Conference Ends

Papers Reviewing And Publication
Submitted papers will be reviewed. Accepted papers, which should not exceed
six single-spaced typed pages, will be published by means of paper and
electronic
proceedings. Authors of accepted papers must sign a copyright release form.
SCI Journal will publish, at least, the best 10% of the papers presented at
the conference.

Conference fees
The conference fees will be $380 before the deadline, and $430 after the
deadline.

This fee will include exclusively:

* A CD-ROM version of the Proceedings
* One volume of the hard copy version of the Conference Proceedings.
* Coffee breaks
* Welcome Reception

Each registration fee might include just up to two (2) papers, which
presentation will be included in the conference program and published in
the conference proceedings.

Audiovisual Equipment

The only audiovisual equipment provided for most meetings will be an
overhead projector and a screen. Video projection or any other equipment,
if needed, will have to be supplied by the presenter.
