Hi

I have found the "libsvm" suite of programs useful for using the Support
Vector Machine methodology. The distribution includes source code. I found
this useful since I wished to use a different input format and so I was able
to write my own "wrapper" code outside the relevant SVM code.

The web site provides further details:

Subject: QSAR - Programs for Support Vector Machines?

QSAR Society,

Does anyone have a strong recommendations for free (or not free)
programs which process and analyze
cheminformatic data using support vector machines or so-called
"kernel-based" learning algorithms?
