Conference Theme
The theme of the  conference is “TQM for Competitiveness”. This theme reflects the new 
challenging competitive environment faced by Arab manufacturing and service 
organizations because of the globalization of international economics and the new free-
trade paradigm.

The conference will host industry leaders and distinguished academic researchers to 
address the critical issues of TQM implementation and recent trends in the field. 
Call for Paper
Papers and Abstracts on all topics related to quality management principles, techniques,
