FORTRAN vs. C

Sure C is more structured.  So is Pascal (shudder).  Sure C does
   somethings easier and better than FORTRAN.  So does COBOL (goose-
   pimples).  Perhaps a strength of FORTRAN is the lack of structure.
   On a less philosophical, but more religious note, FORTRAN is so
   much cooler than the other languages.  Its the language of our
   youth.  We leave our culture behind at the risk of losing our ident-
   ities and becoming lost wandering sheep in a multicultural world
   (Toungue firmly in cheek.)
