The annual Southwest Theoretical Chemistry Conference will be held this
year a TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY in College Station, Texas on Friday and
Saturday, NOVEMBER 13th and 14th.

Keynote speaker is JACK SIMON (Univ. of Utah) speaking on "So You Want
to be a Theoretical Chemist" (1:45 pm Friday).
After dinner speaker (Friday) is MARVIN ROWE (TAMU) discussing the age
of cave art with "How to Date a Rock Artist."
Reception at the Hilton Hotel will be 7:30 pm on Thursday.
The conference itself runs from 8:30 am Friday through 3:30 pm Saturday.
The format follows past conferences: half hour talks in categories
separated by poster sessions. Postdoctoral fellows and graduate
students are as welcome as their research sponsors. The conference fee
of $20 covers abstracts, reception, banquet(!), and coffee breaks.
