              MOPAC 7 and MOPAC 93

There has been a delay in the release of MOPAC 93 and
MOPAC 7.  A few copies of the program are being shipped
to various sites, but the general release is being
delayed for a while.

I apologise for this delay, and can only commiserate with
users.  The cause of the delay is not obvious, and I have
no control over it.  

The delay is not due to anything resulting from actions at
the QCPE, so please do not bug Richard Counts.  If you do,
he will bug me, and I'm as frustrated as anyone.
