Hi -- I was wondering if anyone knew the rules for G94's transformation 
of the input coorindates into the standard orientation printed out by 
Link L301.  I have a charge distribution that needs to be transformed 
into standard orientation and it would be nice to know what Gaussian is 
doing.  Thanks!
