plotting hbond occupancies during an MD trajectory

 Dear all:
  I have a data file that looks like this:
 1 1 1
 2 2 1
 3 3 1
 4 4 0
 5 5 0
 6 6 1
 7 7 0
 .....
I would like to represent as a diogonal (where x is the first column
 and
 y is the second) colored in two different colors depending if the third
 column is 1 or 0. Does anyone have any idea about a good freeware that
 can do that?
