how to get the utility sub-directory of DL-POLY?

Dear all,

 

I am trying to use DL-POLY, version 2.14 for RH-Linux, after I installed it, I found the utility sub-directory is missing, which contains a lot of useful models such as genlat etc, helping to generate the CONFIG input file, can anyone tell me how can I get it?
