Yes, it is possible. However, with some drawbacks - it is impossible to create cluster behaving

like computer with shared memory. You would have to modify you programs etc.

In order to give you more detailed suggestion, please, send me a little bit more details of your problem (which program, - home-made or commercial;  type of problems ...)
