 Hi,
 I would like to learn if there is an effective way of searching the desired
 structures (in fact the coordinates) in the PDB database. I would also
 appreciate if you could suggest additional references and or databases about the
 listed structures (coordinates) below:
 All the structures (coordinates) needed are for the Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH)
 from Bacillus stearothermophilus:
 LDH alone, LDH + NAD, LDH + lactate, LDH + inhibitor, LDH + pyruvate, LDH+NADH
