 If you know the sequence of the protein you are looking
 for, just use a BLAST search in PDB,
 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BLAST/
 If you want to find PDB structures from a certain protein class,
 then just use the search function from PDB,
 http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/
