 Hi, I have a system that present two ligand in the same active site (pi-stacking
 interactions between ligand). So, in the autodock 4 program I can`t use this
 dimer system becouse autodock recognizes only one ligand of the dimer (a
 connectivity problem). If someone can help me. Because I don't knwon, how I can
 dock two ligand at same site acive?
 I will greatly appreciate it if someone helps me
