Thanks for your
helpful suggestion. The sulphate ion
is coming from the X-ray crystallization of the protein; this mention on
experimental
paper of extraction of this protein, so from my knowledge it is necessary to
remove them from the protein. I hope to know if there are any other tricks to
solve your problem rather than removing the sulfate
ion.
