CCL:G: basis set for metal clusters

Many basis sets and ECPs can be extracted from the PNNL EMSL Basis Set Exchange. Finding it can be a minor challenge but many ( all? ) of the Stuttgart ones seem to be there. One can also choose a gaussian 04 compatible format as well.
