I have a Dell Workstation computer with 2 processors quad core 2 * 12 Mb cache ..

how can i use the 8 cores in using gaussian09w as it is limited to 4 cores ,and when i wrote #nproc=8 it gave me error ,,  any solution to use the 8 cores ?
