CCL: errors on optimization ground and excited states

 Can anyone could help me to why I get these problems when optimized some
 derivatives of porphyrin compound as ground stat solve and how I can
 solve them? The order I used is : #opt b3lyp/6-31+g(d,p) scrf=
 (solvent=dichloromethane,smd) scf=xqc
         CPHF failed to converge in LinEq1.
