CCL: Protein folding and ASP algorithm development

 The idea of what you want to do it quite interesting, what sort of help do
 you need??
 Since I realize you are a physicist, you would have good knowlegde og
 computer algorithms and programs, so do you need help in understanding the
 biology so your program is more realistic??
