CCL:G: Not enough space in DoHrmC-gaussian

 I am no g03 expert, but would expect this to be a memory issue.
 5Gb memory and 20Gb disk is quite small, so try it with more memory
 (e.g. 128Gb) and/or disk (500Gb).
