CCL: Inflation hits the CCL too!!! ...

 Dear CCL Members,
The only income that currently supports the CCL comes from the Jobs Available
 Page at
 http://www.ccl.net/jobs
The prices for posting a job opening on this page were not changed since 2004.
They are currently $100 (if you post an ad yourself via a Web Interface), and
$150 (if you send me the ad to jobs[#]ccl.net in a text or MS Word format, and
then I format and post the ad myself). There is also a wire transfer surcharge
of $40 for those who make payments by international wire transfer rather than
credit card, check or PayPal. Since that time the inflation took its toll and
 according to the inflation calculator
 https://www.usinflationcalculator.com/
the cumulative rate of inflation is 50% since 2004. I actually noticed it
"experimentally", since the CCL brings a deficit in last years. For
this reason, sometime in April, I will have to increase the charge for this
services to $150 and $225, respectively. The wire transfer surcharge will be
$60. So, if you have the position to announce, do it soon to take advantage of
lower prices. For those that did not use this service of CCL, be assured that
this is a successful way to get candidates in the fields of theoretical and
computational chemistry and biology. I have many "thank-yous" to
 attest to this.
Sorry about it, but if the CCL is still to be considered useful, it needs to
 cover its cost of operation.
I am not happy to bring you yet another bad news in addition to all other news
 that you hear.
 Jan
