CCL: energy profile diagrams



 I personally have used LaTeX (for example https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/124269/energy-level-diagrams-with-tex).
 Also a bit of work, but you can try Inkscape (https://inkscape.org/) and draw all lines manually; the good
 thing the coordinates of the levels can be adjusted to match the actual data).
