QCMP076. COORDANG: Coordinate Generation Program

Bowen and G. Scott Owen as found in QCMP001. The present version is written for Borland TURBO PASCAL, version 5.0. It contains several features not found in the FORTRAN original; most notably, the user is now asked to provide the names for the various input and output files at run-time.
