662. ANUCLYZE: Analyzing Hydrogen Binding

This program was developed to be a fast, simple tool for analyzing Hydrogen bonding and base stacking for nucleic acids. It accepts structures in Brookhaven Protein Databank (PDB) format whose base names obey IUPAC nomenclature.

The program analyzes a series of structures representing a simulation trajectory but will also serve for analyzing individual nucleic acid molecules. It searches for hydrogen bonds and base stacking using simple vector analysis with parameters defined by the user.
