Products
by V. Filippatos, R. G. Todoulou, Andrew Tsotinis, M. Efentakis and N. Choulis, Department of Pharmacy, University of Athens, 104 Solonos Street, GR 157-71 Athens, Greece This program evaluates simple reaction kinetics and computes the energy of activation of a simple reaction. The speed with which pharmaceuticals undergo a chemical change depends on a variety of factors such as concentration of the active ingredient, temperature, pH, etc. This program is set up to deal with such considerations. The system is menu driven and provides displays which guide the user in providing input to the system. One can do calculations such as Computation of Reaction Constants, Determination of Arrhenius Equation Parameters, Computation of the Order of a Reaction and Computation of Expiration Time. NOTE: To use this system your computer must have either CGA graphics or a Hercules graphics card. Lines of Code: 4223 PASCAL |
