Connolly Molecular Surface (MS) Program
This program is identified as QCPE 429. It exists in an original VAX version and a more current unix version which was developed on a Silicon Graphics workstation. The system can easily be picked up from our computer over the internet. It is in a very clean FORTRAN 77. There is supplemental documentation which is sent by air mail outside of the US and by mail inside. This is the program which is used by the UCSF system DOCK. If picked up by internet the total cost to obtain this system is about $123.00. Payment can be made by purchase order, credit card (VISA & MasterCard) or by any check drawn on a US bank.
