The Bioinformatics group of the CNRS 7175 Unit is looking for a

Post-doctoral fellow in Computational Chemistry

Within a research project with a major pharmaceutical company, you should
develop new methods to model G Protein Coupled Receptors and provide
reliable 3-D structures for virtual screening. A very good knowledge of
virtual screening methods (database preparation, receptor-based and
pharmacophore-based virtual screening, library design) is required.
Experience in GPCR modelling is an absolute prerequisite to apply for this
position. Good programming skills (C, C++, java, perl, python) are not
necessary but will be considered as an added-value. In this project, you
will be part of an international team, as such you must be able to interact
orally and by writing in English language.

The position is opened immediately for 3 years and is located at the
Faculty of Pharmacy in Strasbourg, one the most beautiful city in France.
