This program is to be used with a CDC version of Gaussian 70. It should be easily adaptable to the many IBM versions.

LOCAL will handle both open and closed shells, with any basis set used with Gaussian 70 (STO-NG, N-31G and general basis sets). It can localize as many as 40 occupied MOs.
