This revised version of the LAOCOON 3 program is able to handle iteratively isotropic or oriented spectra for systems from two to eight spin-1/2 nuclei. The iterative computation can be made on the direct and/or indirect coupling constants either with or without chemical shifts, for a total of 64 parameters using a maximum of 400 experimental frequencies.
