This system consists of a basic FORTRAN 77 program and a series of input files which essentially provide the user of any computer with a FORTRAN 77 compiler the same types of HELP facilities (FRONT END) which have proven so useful in doing MO calculations with the MOPAC system (QCPE 455).

This system can be installed and fairly readily interfaced to existing MO systems to great advantage.
